Ability to analyze information and data, present findings in a clear and concise format, organize data, and maintain confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 mos of experience in HR, business, finance, analyst, or healthcare operations. Prior experience as a compensation professional is desirable.
