Required Education: -Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.

-Maintains confidentiality and documents clinical information accurately and completely and within the specified time. -Designs system for data collection to be used for clinical or operations performance measurements and/or research projects. -Prepare for patient visit by collecting test results, old records and other reports and provides telephone triage for patient calls. -Maximizes productivity by focusing on goals, purpose and priorities. -Completes written reports and projects within appropriate time frames.
